Important patient notice regarding prescriptions

From the 1st February 2026 your Pharmacy will no longer be able to request your Prescriptions on your behalf, you will need to either request your medication using the NHS App, email the GP Surgery on churchstreet.prescription@nhs.net or come in to the Surgery and speak to a receptionist.

Please note do not send your Prescription requests to this email address until the 1^st February 2026 ,as the Inbox will not be monitored until then.
