Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked in advance as well as onthe day, but this is on a first come first serve basis. If you require an urgent GP appointment Please contact the surgery at the opening time shown. You may be asked by the reception staff for the reason for your call or visit; this is to ensure patients are seen by themost appropriate member of the team.

Face to Face Appointments
Face to face appointments with the GP is 10minutes, and one problem per appointment only. If you have more than one problem to discuss with the GP, please ask for a longer appointment.
Please ensure you attend on time for your appointment, as you may not be seen by if you are late.
Telephone Consultations & Test Results
If you require telephone advice pleasering the practice reception.As a general rule, there is no need to contact us for test results as these are reviewed by a GP and the surgery will contact you if there are any problems.
Cancellations
If you are unableto attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possiblein order for us to allocate the slot to another patient.
Chaperones
If you would like a chaperone during your appointment, please mention this to a member of staff upon arrival so this can be arranged.
