Online Consultation
Our practice is now using a new online consultation tool called PATCHS.
Welcome To Church Street Surgery
Until further notice please be aware All patients seeking GP help must ring reception before attending the surgery.
Requests for a surgery appointment are to be screened via a phone call from a doctor who will decide if a face to face consultation is required, should this be the case the doctor will give you a time to attend surgery.
